ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA)
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA) to join their team. As an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA), you will be part of the ERP Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
• *Job Title:** ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA)
• *Location:** Boise, ID / San Jose, CA / Remote (West Coast or Mountain Time preferred)
• *What's the Job?**
+ Lead finance-focused ERP workstreams across design, build, and UAT phases
+ Partner with finance, IT, supply chain, and external SI teams to ensure program alignment and progress
+ Facilitate discussions that translate complex topics into clear, actionable decisions
+ Drive governance, milestones, risks, and action items across a global team
+ Help finance teams understand the changes and their significance in the transformation process
• *What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of project or program management experience
+ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ideally in finance
+ Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, costing, inventory, close)
+ Comfort working in global, matrixed environments
+ Ability to connect dots, ask insightful questions, and drive outcomes
