ERP Project Manager (Oracle / SAP) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Canada Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Project Manager with strong hands-on Oracle ERP implementation expertise and a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate is currently working as a Project Manager, with deep practical experience in Oracle ERP systems (primary requirement) and prior exposure to SAP ERP project delivery (secondary advantage). This role will lead complex ERP initiatives across business functions, ensuring successful execution from planning through deployment and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP implementation and transformation projects • Manage full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners • Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and success criteria • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate across internal teams, Oracle consultants, and external vendors • Ensure adherence to Oracle ERP best practices, architecture standards, and delivery governance • Manage change control processes and ensure effective stakeholder communication at all levels • Oversee training, user adoption, and transition to support/operations teams • Provide regular project status reporting, KPIs, and executive-level updates Required Qualifications • 10+ years of overall experience in IT / ERP domain • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations (mandatory) • Currently working as a Project Manager handling ERP programs • Prior experience in SAP ERP project delivery is required but secondary to Oracle • Deep understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, or Manufacturing • Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations in complex enterprise environments • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification • Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite certification • SAP certification (added advantage) • Experience in global or multi-country ERP rollouts • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies Core Skills • Oracle ERP Program Delivery (Primary) • SAP ERP Project Exposure (Secondary) • Leadership & Team Management • Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Budgeting & Financial Governance • Risk & Issue Management • Strategic Planning & Execution • Communication & Negotiation Skills
