ERP Project Manager – Manufacturing
This is a remote position. We’re looking for a mid-level ERP Project Manager to support ERP implementation and improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on project planning, task tracking, timelines, meetings, and coordination—not deep technical configuration. What You’ll Do: • Lead day-to-day coordination of ERP project activities • Maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines • Track tasks, issues, and tickets to ensure steady progress • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and manage communication • Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Support change management and go-live readiness What You Bring: • 5+ years in Project Management or similar role • Experience managing ERP projects in manufacturing • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Infor, SAP, NetSuite, Plex, SYSPRO, Dynamics 365, QAD) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule Nice to Have: • Experience in MTO/ETO environments • Industry exposure: industrial equipment, aerospace, medical device, etc. If you’re highly organized, great at keeping projects moving, and comfortable supporting ERP initiatives, we’d love to connect!
