ERP Project Manager for Managed Services (PMP)

Astute Business Solutions is a leading Oracle Cloud, AI, and ERP consulting firm delivering Managed Services, Cloud Hosting, and ERP transformation programs for public sector and enterprise clients. We are seeking a senior ERP Project Manager to lead multi-ERP Managed Services programs across PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Banner, and JD Edwards running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Job Title: ERP Project Manager for Managed Services on Oracle Cloud (PMP) Location: Remote (U.S. based) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)/Remote Travel: Occasional client travel Salary: $140k-$150k Plus Performance Bonus Role Summary The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Astute’s ERP Managed Services and upgrade programs across PeopleSoft, EBS, Banner and JD Edwards platforms. This role requires deep experience managing cloud-hosted ERP operations, upgrades, and shared services delivery models. Required Experience • 8–10+ years managing large, complex ERP programs, including: • Financial, Supply Chain, and HCM • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) • JD Edwards (JDE) • PeopleSoft and Banner Strong experience with: • ERP application upgrades, patches, and platform modernization • Managed Services, production support, and shared services models • Solid understanding of: • ERP architectures, integrations, security, and operations • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience supporting ERP environments is highly preferred • PMP Certification required • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field • Experience working with Federal, State, or County government clients is a strong plus Key Skills • Strong expertise in: • Project plans, baselines, budgets, and change control • Risk, issue, and dependency management • Executive-level reporting and governance • Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore ERP delivery teams • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience implementing or operating ERP Shared Services models Key Responsibilities • Lead full-life-cycle delivery of ERP Managed Services and upgrade programs across: • PeopleSoft, EBS, Banner and JD Edwards • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Manage all workstreams including: • Application support • Upgrades & patches • Integrations • Infrastructure & cloud operations • Coordinate with: • ERP functional and technical leads • OCI and infrastructure teams • Configuration & Change Management • Client executives and program sponsors • Track and resolve: • ERP upgrade and production issues • Resource, cost, and schedule risks • Own: • Status reporting • Financial forecasts • SLA and service-delivery metrics • Drive continuous improvement, service quality, and operational excellence Why Astute Astute delivers enterprise-grade ERP Managed Services on Oracle Cloud to public sector and commercial clients.
