ERP Platform Manager (Workday Financials)

This individual contributor role operates as the product owner of the ERP platform, ensuring financial process integrity, system governance, and scalable automation.This role does not have direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Platform Roadmap OwnershipDefine ERP roadmap aligned to CFO prioritiesPartner with Finance leaders (Accounting, FP&A, Procurement)Prioritize enhancements and automation initiativesFinance Process EnablementOptimize GL, AP, AR, procurement, and revenue accounting workflowsImprove close-cycle efficiencyReduce manual journal entries and reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve Workday business process errorsAd-Hoc Custom Reports DevelopmentGovernance & ControlsOwn security roles and segregation of dutiesMaintain change documentation for audit readinessExperience supporting revenue recognition configurations (ASC 606)Ensure integration integrity between Salesforce and Workday FinancialsTechnical OversightManage system configurationOversee releases and regression testingPartner with implementation partners as neededSuccess MeasuresShorter close cyclesImproved financial reporting accuracyStrong audit postureStable CRM-to-ERP integration
Qualifications:
