This position requires a minimum of two years of Big 4 accounting, consulting or relevant professional services or similar experience. You will work with some of the most exciting mid-sized clients on the planet, and your contributions will ensure they are successful with their most complex enterprise software projects. You will help determine our client's software requirements, vet software functionality across many products for many industries, and assist our client with selecting the right software as well as negotiate contracts on their behalf. You will never get bored in this role because our projects are short, we work across many industries so you do not get pigeon-holed into one specialty, and you will get to vet all of the prominent ERP products. We train our ERP Consultants on our Needs Analysis and Selection Methodologies so you will get up to speed fast. We are the only ERP Advisory firm who has a training and certification program! We reward a high level of production with two different weekly bonuses that you can earn after your first 90 days. This is a client-facing role, and the Consultant candidate must exhibit professionalism in their speech, appearance, and demeanor. Requirements: ERP Consultant Job Duties • Attend subject matter expert interviews • Coordinate meetings with clients to review deliverables • Keep clear project documentation from each meeting within the designated work spaces • Create documentation that substantiates client's needs for new software • Prepare deliverables which show an excellent command of understanding the client's business processes • Document requirements • Analyze software vendor's capabilities and differentiators • Attend demonstrations and collect and compile score cards • Match vendors' suitability for client's unique requirements • Track and ensure the completion of all project deliverables and project tasks ERP Consultant Requirements Minimum 2 years Big 4 accounting or consulting professional services or comparable experience ERP Consultant General Skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – MS Office certification preferred • Produces excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation • Move, think and act fast - document prep, speaking, typing, using software applications, responding to clients, and internal staff Desire to use Mac • Occasional travel (<20%) • Work from Lakewood, CO, and home office ERP Consultant Salary • $60,000 - $90,000/year ERP Consultant Benefits • Industry, methodology and administrative training • Certifications • Apprenticeship • Annual Performance Review • Colorado only: accrue up to 48 hours of Paid Sick and Safe time After 30 days • 6 paid holidays in 2022 • Employer-sponsored medical insurance, some plans offer HSA (75% contribution for employee and 50% contribution for dependents) • Company sponsored life and ADD insurance • Voluntary Vision, Dental, and additional life insurance After 90 Days • Possible merit raise • Accrue up to 120 hours PTO/year • 401(k) with up to a 4% match that is 100% vested • Profit sharing with 5-year vesting schedule • Two tiers of weekly production bonuses for billable hours ($200 for 40 – 49 hours/week and $500 for 50+ hours/week) PI195950797 Expected salary: $60000 - 90000 per year Location: Lakewood, CO Job date: Sat, 05 Nov 2022 05:41:27 GMT Apply for the job now!
