Conduct thorough analysis and testing of retirement plans to ensure compliance with ERISA guidelines.
Identify any potential compliance issues and work with team members to develop solutions.
Stay up-to-date with changes in ERISA regulations and communicate any updates to the team.
Provide guidance and support to clients on ERISA compliance matters.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure all ERISA requirements are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted resource for all ERISA-related inquiries.
Prepare and present reports on ERISA compliance testing results and recommendations to senior management.
Participate in the development and implementation of ERISA compliance training for team members.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in ERISA compliance testing.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all ERISA compliance testing activities.
Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive client information.
Act as a subject matter expert on ERISA guidelines and provide guidance to team members as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all retirement plans are compliant with ERISA regulations.
Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay informed on best practices and changes in ERISA regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve ERISA compliance testing procedures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
