Responsibilities
• Execute equity options trades with precision, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal risk parameters

• Negotiate trade terms effectively with counterparties to secure favorable prices and optimize investment returns
• Monitor real-time market data using Bloomberg terminals and other financial software to identify trading opportunities
• Perform risk analysis and manage exposure by implementing appropriate hedging strategies within established risk management frameworks
• Collaborate with research teams to develop insights on securities law implications and compliance standards
• Maintain comprehensive records of all trading activities, ensuring transparency and audit readiness
Requirements
• Proven experience as an equity options trader or in a similar financial services role involving securities trading and asset management
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as derivatives, options pricing models, and investment strategies
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a solid understanding of securities law and compliance standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis, research methodologies, and risk analysis techniques
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg terminals, financial software, and quantitative tools for market analysis
• Demonstrated math skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making purposes
• Deep financial acumen complemented by familiarity with risk management practices in asset management environments
