Equity Derivative Front office Functionnal Support

We are looking for a Functional Support Analyst to support Front Office trading teams on Equity Derivatives and Commodities. The role focuses on business and product support rather than development, working directly with traders on the Murex platform to resolve trade lifecycle, P&L, and risk issues in a fast-paced environment. Role and responsibilities • Provide day-to-day functional trade support to traders on Equity Derivatives and Commodities desks. • Investigate and resolve trade booking issues, incorrect events, missing trades, or pricing discrepancies. • Analyze P&L and Risk discrepancies and ensure accurate representation of trading positions. • Manage Front Office incidents and ensure timely communication with traders and business stakeholders. • Perform functional investigation on the Murex platform and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams. • Support trade lifecycle management and ensure accurate processing from Front to Back Office. • Collaborate with global IT and support teams to maintain system and business continuity. • Support new product implementations and Front Office changes. • Document issues and maintain production support procedures and knowledge base. • Ensure adherence to production support SLAs and incident resolution processes. • Participate in morning/evening production support shifts rotation when required. You will have the chance to contribute to the development of our Finance engineering team and grow your career in a stimulating environment. #LI-MNRK • 5 - 15 years experience in Front Office production support or trade support in a trading environment. • Strong functional knowledge of derivative products: • Futures, Total Return Swaps (TRS), Vanilla Options, Exotic Options, Structured Notes, MTNs. • Hands-on experience with trade lifecycle processes. • Strong understanding of P&L, Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega), Risk metrics, and trade valuation. • Previous experience supporting traders directly on a trading floor. • Experience with Murex (MX.3) or similar trading system (Calypso, Summit, Sophis). • Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot independently, and work under pressure. • Strong communication skills with Front Office and business stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple incidents in real time with quick decision-making.
