Epicor ERP Developer Specialist

The Epicor ERP Specialist will participate in Epicor Implementations and be responsible for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables. You will assist LaundryLux Distribution in organizing and controlling tasks within the work plan and demonstrate the ability to lead small customer project teams or small engagements.

Back to the role:
What you will do:
• Onsite & remote Epicor ERP 10 software implementation projects for LaundryLux Distribution companies.
• Work with project team members to define and document business requirements and processes, which will assist in improving operational efficiencies, minimize cost, and enhance productivity.
• Own the training curriculum for end-users of Epicor.
• Ensure training and business processes are well documented and track user acceptance and adoption as updates are made to the system and processes.
• Develop and deliver customized end-user training.
• Lead the implementation and/or improvement of the following modules and third part systems: service module, warranty module, payment portal, and FP&A module.
• Migrate legacy system data using the Epicor Data Migration Tool.
• Create and modify cross company BAQs.
• Create and modify BPMs.
• Create and modify SSRS reports and Forms.
• Configure Multi Company transactions and maintain global data records.
• Troubleshoot and support ERP software.
• Answer and resolve Epicor support issues from the Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Design financial and analysis reports.
• Gather client requirements & document functional specifications.
• Design/maintain project plans and ensure on-time task completion.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What you should have:
• Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of design, testing, and modification of programs and applications.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the coding and programming languages used in the organization.
• Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Epicor ERP software.
• Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree - Business, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

Travel Required:
• Must be available and able to travel overnight throughout North America, as this position requires 10% travel

Salary Range:
• $100,000- $115,000 plus bonus. Depending on Experience
