Epicor CPQ Consultant (Hybrid/Remote)
ICM is seeking a candidate with extensive experience in Epicor CPQ. Experience with Epicor Commerce Connect is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, along with experience using Epicor V9, V10, or Epicor Kinetic.
This position may involve working with clients across multiple locations and requires up to 30% travel for on-site engagements.

Epicor CPQ (formerly KBMax) is a cloud-based solution that simplifies and automates sales, engineering, and manufacturing processes for complex, customizable products. Sales reps, partners, and online customers can configure products in 2D, 3D, and augmented reality (AR). The system then generates prices, quotes, proposals, sales drawings, CAD files, BOMs, and more based on the unique configuration. Epicor CPQ streamlines the otherwise lengthy and labor-intensive ETO process, improving speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
Epicor Kinetic is also a cloud-based solution designed for Make-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order manufacturers. The software automates Quote-to-Cash, financials, and document management. Our current needs are focused on the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quote-to-Cash process areas.
Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience using Epicor CPQ (formerly KBMax CPQ). The successful applicant will work closely with clients to understand their products and business processes, identify pain points, and develop tailored, fully integrated solutions. These solutions frequently involve integration with other business systems such as ERP, CRM, or CAD, so general experience in this space is critical.
You will use documented methodologies to help clients optimize business processes through Epicor software. Your role will involve developing custom user interfaces and advanced product rules to automate the design and quote process, which requires proficiency with complex configuration and pricing algorithms.
Experience/Skills Required
• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor CPQ or KBMax CPQ required
• Experience with Epicor CPQ (prior to the KBMax acquisition) is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with Snap / SnapLogic
• Experience automating CAD models using macros or other automation technologies
• End-to-end CPQ configurator development (from analysis to implementation)
• Proficiency in Epicor toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio) for creating custom forms, dashboards, and reports
• Experience integrating with third-party tools and websites
• Experience with Automation Studio or Workato is a strong plus
• Background working with manufacturing companies
• Strong understanding of Epicor’s Quote-to-Cash and engineering modules
• Proven ability to implement business processes through structured analysis
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
