Experienced Clinical Informatics Lead - Virtual Sitter integration

Seeking a Clinical Informatics Lead to drive clinical workflow design and adoption for a Hello Care virtual sitter implementation integrated with Epic. This role will focus on clinical strategy, workflow optimization, and stakeholder alignment, partnering closely with Epic application and integration teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead clinical workflow design for virtual sitter/virtual observation use cases
• Partner with nursing, operations, and IT to define future state workflows and care models
• Translate clinical needs into clear requirements for Epic and integration teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders and technical teams
• Support change management, communication, and adoption strategies
• Guide clinical decision support, alerting, and documentation expectations
• Participate in workflow validation, integrated testing (UAT), and go-live planning
Required Qualifications
• 5-10+ years in clinical informatics, nursing informatics, or healthcare IT
• Prior experience in Epic environments (ClinDoc and/or Orders exposure)
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows (nursing, patient observation, safety protocols)
• Experience supporting health IT implementations or workflow transformations
• Proven ability to bridge clinical and technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with virtual sitter/virtual nursing/telehealth platforms (Hello Care preferred)
