Epic Client Systems Administrator Lead

About the Job: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Epic Client Systems Administrator to join our team at Brown University Health. The successful candidate will have expertise in Windows Server administration and a strong understanding of Epic client connectivity architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support Epic client software and infrastructure components">
• Implement and maintain high-performance and secure Epic client systems">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions">
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders">
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical processes and procedures">
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements">
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues">
• Develop and deliver training sessions to colleagues on Epic client systems and infrastructure">
• Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans">
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies">

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required">
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred">
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar role">
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills">
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies">
• Certifications in Epic, Citrix, or VMware a plus">
