Duties

• Utilize innovative learning technologies and digital tools to create interactive and engaging virtual lessons
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions that clarify difficult concepts in environmental science, biology, chemistry, physics, and related fields
• Incorporate curriculum development best practices to design effective instructional materials for various learning levels, including early childhood education and higher education
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and discussions; adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Manage virtual classroom environments effectively by maintaining discipline and encouraging active participation among students of all ages
Qualifications
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching environmental science or related STEM fields at various educational levels
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
• Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools for remote education
• Excellent computer skills including familiarity with data analysis software and online collaboration tools
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and adult learners in a virtual setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly
