Environmental, Health & Safety Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement)
Latitude is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Attorney to assist the legal team of one of its global, publicly traded company clients. This is a 6-month contract engagement (with the potential to extend up to 18 months) and the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience handling regulatory compliance work across global jurisdictions. There is a strong preference for environmental, health & safety, and hardware compliance experience as applicable to data center infrastructure. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm, and/or government agency is also preferred.

ā¢ Strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and a willingness to work flexibly across time zones

Position Details for the Environmental, Health & Safety Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement):
ā¢ Type of role: Contract Engagement
ā¢ Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
ā¢ Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension up to 18 months)
ā¢ Location: Remote (global time zone work)
Compensation
The annualized pay for this position ranges from USD $150,000 to $180,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidateās preference (each candidateās pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidateās competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
