Title: Sales Representative
Salary Range: $50K Base / Non-Exempt
Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K
PTO 15 days, Sick leave 5 days, Workation 10 days / year
Work Location: Torrance, CA
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (1hour lunch break)
• Hybrid Work: Remote work 20%, 80% at Office
Position Summary
The Sales Representative drives revenue growth by promoting technical products and services, serving as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing partners. Responsibilities include account management, quotations, logistics coordination, and support for business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Identify customer needs and manage RFQs, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
• Conduct business calls, online meetings, and occasional site visits.
• Coordinate order management, delivery tracking, and inventory forecasting.
• Support issue resolution regarding quality, delivery, and demand changes.
• Manage and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
• Collaborate internally to support compliance reporting (e.g., RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals).
• Assist in accounts receivable collections and cash flow management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or Finance preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales or technical sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronics or PCB industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required.
