Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management
• Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking with clients
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies
• Offer clear recommendations and guidance on financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations
• Work in-office with a flexible schedule to balance productivity and personal time
About You
The company is looking for candidates with:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66
• Values-driven mindset with a track record of success and accomplishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong self-confidence
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to positively impact others' lives
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers
• Authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
• Sign-on payment based on completion of company-sponsored FINRA licenses and entry into Preliminary Employment Period (PEP)
• Stable biweekly pay for eligible financial professionals
• Eligibility for commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay
