Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technical staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.

Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Conduct reference checks and employment verification for selected candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to negotiate job offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful technical placements.
Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the job market.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
