This Opportunity: Entry Level Sales Admin Specialist
Are you the hero we've been waiting for? Our Sales Support Specialist position is all about partnering up with the Sales superheroes to make magic happen! Located right in the heart of Mesa, Arizona, this in-office role is where the action unfolds.
What you will do:
Assist Account Executives in their quest to conquer net new and current business by completing on-site and virtual assessments.
Be the on-site eyes and ears for Sales, pulling configuration pages, gathering end user quotes, creating toner inventories, and more.
Dive deep into client assessments, bringing financial analysis and summaries to light.
Craft proposals that will leave our customers in awe.
Seal the deal by completing contracts for the Sales Team.
Work closely with customers, our mighty Sales Team, and our internal operations heroes.
Conduct research projects, including prospect list and bios for the Account Executives.
Embark on nationwide pre-sales adventures, because we believe in spreading the FTG love from coast to coast!
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
? High School Diploma required; BA/BS/BBA Degree in Business or related major preferred
? A minimum of one year customer service experience preferred
? Superior interpersonal communication and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally ? written and verbal required
? Strong administrative skills and attention to detail required
? MS Office skills required; Excel Skills ? Pivot tables and formula experience preferred
? Ability to travel up to 10%, as necessary, to meet prospective customers, current clients, attend internal team events, and other travel as required
? A valid driver's license and ability to adhere to the company vehicle driving policy requirements.
? Prior experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines required
? Prior experience working independently and with teams
