Entry Level Sales Reps

Vector Marketing is looking to fill part time sales rep positions immediately. Our sales representatives sell Cutco to customers through appointments. We offer a minimum base pay so our reps don’t feel pressured to make a sale - instead we ask them to focus on providing excellent customer service to their customers. We believe the quality of the product speaks for itself. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their current schedule. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week. • Solid training – we’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn’t decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field. • Location – sales reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office. • Flexible scheduling – we help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for seasonal work, some work a few hours a week to earn some extra income around other jobs or family commitments, and others work part time. • Advancement - reps who work here long term (even if they work part time) are able to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional. Who would do well: People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in all kinds of fields (some none at all!) - admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. In 1981, Vector Marketing was founded to be one of those independent sellers. From 1981 to 1984 Vector sold way more than all the other independent sellers. In 1985, Cutco Corporation (back then it was called Alcas Corporation) bought the company from its owners to replicate Vector's success across the nation.
