Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive Insurance Sales Agent to join our team remotely. As part of our team, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, develop new business opportunities, and provide customized solutions to drive sales. Utilizing our innovative lead-based system, you will build meaningful relationships within your customer base, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact and meet with prospective clients.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Facilitate application processes and maintain continuous communication with prospects.
Generate referrals and secondary sales through strong client relationships.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Additional Information
This position is commission-based (1099) without caps or quotas, offering incentives and bonuses. Each sale earns approximately $500 in commission.
Requirements
Experience in Life Insurance Sales, Sales & Marketing, and Outside Sales.
Proficiency in prospecting and product knowledge.
