Were on the hunt for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Manager to join our remote team (Boston area preferred). In this exciting position, you'll be the friendly voice assisting customers as they explore our fantastic insurance protection products. You'll dive headfirst into sales activities, collaborate with a dynamic team, and help develop savvy strategies to ensure everyone's success! Communication and teamwork are key, so bring your best interpersonal skills to the table!
What Youll Bring: ??
The ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others ??
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ??
A knack for analyzing sales data and crafting winning strategies ??
Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks like a pro ???
Experience with sales metrics, performance tracking, and action planning ??
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ??
A degree in business, sales, or a related field is a bonus (but not a dealbreaker!) ??
Previous sales or insurance industry experience? Even better! ??
Bilingual? Thats a fantastic asset, though not required! ??
