This is a fantastic 1099 business opportunity to help clients book their dream vacations. Full training is provided, and you have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Reservation Management: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.
Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are made accurately and efficiently.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or changes promptly.
Vendor Coordination: Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents and information for their trips.
Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in travel booking, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with various travel destinations and booking systems.
Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Technology: Proficiency in travel booking software.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences
Must be able to read/write English fluently. Bilingual is a plus
