Kramer Portraits is a luxury portrait studio serving clients in New Jersey and Connecticut. We provide timeless, high-end portraits and an unforgettable client experience. We're expanding our remote sales team and are looking for ambitious, coachable individuals who want to learn the ropes of professional sales in a supportive, goal-driven environment.

Skills You'll Gain

What You'll Do
• Call warm leads (no cold calling!) to book portrait sessions for new and returning clients
• Represent the Kramer Portraits brand with energy and professionalism
• Help families plan meaningful portrait experiences
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals
• Learn proven sales and communication techniques
• Work in a fully remote environment with training and coaching provided
What We're Looking For
• Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured systems
• Based in the U.S. with access to a quiet home office
• Comfortable using basic technology (CRM, email, call software)
Nice to Have (but not required):
• Previous customer service, retail, or phone sales experience
• Experience working with sales goals or KPIs
Requirements
• Fast internet connection (cable/fiber)
• PC (no Macs), ideally with two monitors but not needed
• Some sort of headset with mic
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Job Details
• Remote position (Open to applicants in AZ, AL, CO, FL, GA, MO, MS, NH, NM, TX,VA, WV)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 3040 hours/week
• Shifts are 68 hours between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM ET
• Occasional flexibility required to support team needs
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Bonus Structure:
• Daily bonuses up to $90/day for exceeding goals
• Monthly bonuses + Quarterly Bonuses too!

• All training is provided remotely during regular business hours
