Conducting thorough research and analysis to resolve eligibility discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Reviewing and correcting records to ensure consistency with Aetna's enrollment package records
Managing shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
Reconciling eligibility among systems and identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports
Tracking and monitoring records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient resolutions
Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform tasks and generate reports
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1-2 years of experience in data research and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
A high school diploma or equivalent
