Position Overview As an Entry-Level Data Entry Coordinator at Hiretide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexible hours and the chance to gain valuable experience in data entry and management. You will work under the supervision of our experienced Data Management team and be responsible for entering, updating, and organizing data in our systems. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Organize and maintain databases and files, utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure that all data is easily accessible and manageable Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies, utilizing a keen eye for detail to identify and correct any discrepancies Assist with data cleanup and ensure that data quality standards are met, contributing to the overall integrity of our data management systems Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth workflow Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient data management processes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with college students and recent graduates encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working with computers and basic data entry software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Preferred Skills While not required, the following skills are preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to utilize these tools to analyze and manage data Basic understanding of database management, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area Work Environment and Culture At Taskzeno, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
