Key Responsibilities

Designing and developing applications for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions and presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Troubleshooting technical issues and details, and providing support to ensure seamless operations.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A strong foundation in data analysis, with 0-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and teams.
A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input data and analyze information.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, with a strong commitment to professional development.


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) or WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
Knowledge of Aetna systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
Database knowledge or experience with MS SQL Server, Hadoop, or Oracle.
