About the Role Key Responsibilities Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products, staying up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements Search for SDS sheets of raw materials, utilizing online databases and vendor resources Fill in missing or incorrect information in the SDS sheets, collaborating with vendors as needed Contact vendors to clarify or obtain additional information, developing strong communication and customer service skills Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science field, with a strong foundation in scientific principles and practices Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new computer software and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in regulatory services, laboratory sciences, or a related field, with knowledge of global chemical regulations and compliance requirements Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues Familiarity with hazard communication databases and SDS sheets, with experience in data entry and management Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders Ability to learn new computer software and systems, with strong technical skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
