Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role: As an Entry-Level Recruiter Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling of events for multiple clients, utilizing an applicant tracking system and calendar. Your key responsibilities will include:
Interacting with candidates through phone calls, emails, and job boards to schedule interviews
Managing a high volume of candidate interactions, with a goal of contacting 100 candidates daily
Providing exceptional communication and customer service to candidates, clients, and team members
Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and Zoom to manage candidate data and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
High level of professionalism and a student mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
Competitive weekly salary ($400-$600) with performance bonuses
Paid training and weekly pay
Monday - Friday 9-5 PM (Eastern Standard Time) schedule
6 days of holiday PTO, plus birthday off (eligible after 90-day probation period)
