About the Role We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our crew as Entry-Level Production Operators at our Caney, Kansas facility. As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our production team, contributing to the manufacturing process that brings our products to life. Key Responsibilities Participate in the assembly and production of plastic valves, fittings, and pipe, ensuring high-quality output. Operate machinery and equipment as trained, adhering to safety protocols and efficiency standards. Engage in material handling, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Retain and apply information learned during training to continuously improve processes. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, providing feedback and insights to enhance operations. Essential Qualifications & Skills While prior experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training, certain attributes and skills will make you a standout candidate: A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Good communication skills to effectively interact with the team and management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. Assembly line experience and material handling background are considered a plus, but not required. A strong capacity to retain information and apply it practically.
