• *Entry-Level Production Associate Job Duties:**
- Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies
- Loading and unloading pieces and parts onto painting racks
- Stage materials, move finished parts, and assist with workflow
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• *Schedule:** Monday – Thursday | 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Overtime opportunities depending on production needs*
• *Pay:** $24.52 per hour
• *Entry-Level Production Associate Job Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- 6 months experience with hand and power tools (ability to identify tools)
