Key Responsibilities Establish strong person-to-person relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support Answer customer questions in person at our events, representing our clients with the utmost professionalism Inform customers of the details and specifications of our clients/nonprofit partnerships, highlighting the impact of their donations Work closely with event executives to execute events to the standards of our clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results Develop and maintain professional boundaries in working with clients, volunteers, and donors, upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in management, marketing, customer service, and sales. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a degree in a social service-related field being a bonus. You should have excellent management skills, including planning, coordination, and supervision, as well as the ability to overcome objections and obstacles in the pursuit of success.
