About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Data Entry professional. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will play a crucial role in curating data across various domains, including growth, finance, product, content, and studio. Your work will involve building structures to process data correctly and modeling data to power analytics, enabling our team to make informed decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines to support business metrics and analytics Design and implement data models to power analytics and inform business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and data science, to enable a culture of learning and data-driven decision-making Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data processing systems, leveraging big data technologies like Spark or Flink Ensure data quality and integrity, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for data excellence Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our data engineering capabilities Who We're Looking For We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, have a solid understanding of distributed systems, and be proficient in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python). You should also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
