Duties
Ā Learn and understand the mortgage products and services offered by the company.
Ā Assist clients with the mortgage application process, providing guidance and ensuring a smooth experience.
Ā Build relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners.
Ā Review and verify loan applications, financial documents, and credit reports.
Ā Educate borrowers on loan products, rates, and terms.
Ā Maintain strong communication throughout the loan process, keeping clients informed and updated.
Ā Meet sales and production goals set by the company.
Ā Complete all necessary paperwork and follow up on loan status to ensure timely processing and closing.
Requirements
Ā No prior experience necessary Ā we will provide full training!
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
Ā Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Ā Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ā A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
