Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is hiring part-time Entry Level Mental Health Professionals (Direct Support Professionals) to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays 8AM-4PM) in Redfield, IA. Applicants should be caring, creative, and passionate about working with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Qualifications:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
• Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
Duties:
• Support our customer's in their social and learning environments.
• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Supporting our customers to achieve their personal goals.
• We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
