We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill our Entry Level Sales and Marketing positions in our company. The ideal candidate for this position will be outgoing, eager to learn, and self motivated. Entry Level Sales and Marketing employees are often the first point of contact for both customers and clients, so we're looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustworthy customer relationships. Previous experience in sales is ideal, but not required.
This is a door to door position. But before you click away, this is not door to door sales. This is a viable marketing position in which you will be an important part of our business model. We treat important members of our team accordingly. Meaning this position has promising room for growth, substantial earning potential, and guaranteed in house promotion if you stick with the team. We provide paid training, generous hourly wages, an incentivized bonus structure, and regular in-house rewards from gift cards to sports tickets.
Your role as a Marketing Specialist is to act as an in-person information liaison from EcoView Windows to potential customers at their homes. No high-pressure sales, no bait and switch. You simply work directly with homeowners to provide them with the information necessary to set an appointment with one of our dedicated sales representatives.
