We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our business customers by providing excellent product knowledge and professional service. Our Customer Service Representatives complete sales by meeting with local business owners to about their telecommunication services.

Responsibilities:
Complete in-person business-to-business sales process
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Educate and present the customer with information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or concerns and provide creative solution options to fit their specific needs
Document your experience with the customer so we can analyze data for future market research
Through our training program, develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
?Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with other people and or clients
Ability to prioritize a main task and complete multiple duties throughout the day
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
