Entry Level - Logistics / Data Entry Coordinator
Position Summary
Coordinate & schedule all shipments with various carriers to ensure timely delivery of product.
Summary of Essential Position Functions
· Applicant must have 1-3 years of Logistics Transportation experience. Must establish and coordinate schedules with carriers and tender shipments.
· Must have experience in preparing all necessary shipping documentation to ensure compliance to all applicable transportation regulatory requirements. Applicant must have the ability to handle multi-projects simultaneously.
· Must have excellent communication, customer service, computer and organizational skills.
Abilities Required
Proficient with ERP, WMS & WCS Software.
Excellent analytical, problem solving & organizational skills.
Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion.
Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, & analytical ability. Commitment to excellence
Compensation Metrics
Will vary based on experience Starting pay $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Education and/or Experience
High school Diploma
Transportation experience 1-3 years experience
