What Youll Do:
Learn and Grow: Participate in an intensive training program to master the ins and outs of mortgage lending.
Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan process with confidence and care.
Educate Clients: Explain mortgage options, terms, and processes in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
Support Homeownership Goals: Work with borrowers to identify the best loan products for their needs.
Achieve Results: Meet and exceed performance goals with the support of our dedicated team and resources.
What Were Looking For:
A passion for helping others achieve financial and homeownership goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and a drive for success.
A newly obtained or active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain one before hire).
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
