Job Description:
As an Entry Level Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Metals & Mining, you will join our dynamic team dedicated to providing comprehensive financial services to clients within the metals and mining sector. Responsibilities:

Β Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
Β Support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic transactions.
Β Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor performance to provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure transactional integrity and regulatory compliance.
Β Maintain databases and tracking systems to monitor deal flow, market activity, and client interactions.
Β Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and due diligence sessions as required.
Β Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Β Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Β Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Β Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
