Insurance Sales Agent Requirements:
ā¢ Life, Accident, & Health required/ If not licensed we do help with that and fully train
ā¢ Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
ā¢ Must have a means of transportation to the office in Rancho Cucamonga 2 or 3 days out the week
ā¢ Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking - a plus
ā¢ Expand customer base
ā¢ High school Diploma or above ( Optional )
ā¢ Successful track record No Felonies or Misdemeanor ( ON RECORD )
ā¢ Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
ā¢ Self-motivated
ā¢ Entrepreneur mindset
ā¢ Proactive in problem solving
ā¢ Ability to make presentations to potential customers/ Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products
Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
ā¢ Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
ā¢ Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
ā¢ Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $58,687.00 - $65,353.00 per year
