Entry level - Infrastructure Engineer

As part of our Agile team, you will work directly with customers to resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and contribute to projects that evolve alongside the industry. This position will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to ensure service availability and suggesting improvements.Due to the critical nature of the infrastructure and network the team operate an day/night/weekend shift rotation to provide 24/7/365 support. What You’ll Be Doing Resolving incidents, customer escalations, and service requests.Regular training on current and future technologies - dedicated time will be provided.Cluster updating and patching across Kubernetes and OpenShift.Monitoring cloud infrastructure, identifying efficiency gains, and service improvements.Supporting all aspects of Change Management.Taking initiative on project work and automation efforts.Enhancing documentation, processes, and reporting.Spotting and acting on trends in daily checklists.Driving innovation in tooling and service delivery.
