ABOUT THIS JOB
Normal working hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime is available, and some on-call may be required.
As an Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Tech, you help keep our clients' heating and cooling systems functional and running well! Motivated to complete quality work, you're responsible for servicing equipment like furnaces, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. You thoroughly inspect these systems, diagnose issues, and determine the best solutions for the client's needs. After explaining the recommended work to the client and gaining approval, you help your team perform basic repairs and general maintenance services. REQUIREMENTS
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician OR recent graduation from a vocational school
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in ServiceTitan
• Skilled trade experience
• Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and accurately read and interpret wiring diagrams
