As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping world-class nonprofits find, acquire, and retain ideal donors. Our mission is to help local charities achieve their mission through face-to-face, event-based fundraising. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about making a difference and is eager to gain experience in management, marketing, customer service, advertising, public relations, sales, and event management.
Responsibilities:
Establish strong relationships with customers and represent our clients with professionalism
Answer customer questions and provide information about our nonprofit partnerships
Work closely with event executives to execute events to the highest standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on social service-related fields
Strong management skills, including planning, coordination, and supervision
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to overcome objections and obstacles
Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients, volunteers, and donors
