Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data. As a crucial member of our operations team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Business Teams, to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional client service. This is a full remote job, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global team. Key Responsibilities Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents. Manage Corporate Activity Events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity. Conduct research on complex and escalated issues, performing testing and validation of new technology enhancements and company changes. Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Business Teams, through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce. Collaborate with arenaflex's clearing team to resolve issues with fund companies, transfer brokers, contra organizations, and other external business partners. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Basic knowledge of financial markets, investments, and regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous: Previous experience in data entry, reconciliation, or operations within the financial services industry. Knowledge of tax codes and regulations, with the ability to analyze and correct tax coding errors. Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and other software applications used in the financial services industry. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
