What you'll do:
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Effectively communicate product features and benefits
Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What you'll need:
US Citizenship is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and sales abilities
Basic understanding of insurance concepts (preferred but not required)
A passion for helping others and building relationships
