Position
We are seeking a Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Portland, OR area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Portland and surrounding areas.
PAID TRAINING included!
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
Developing options to solve unusual problems
Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
Strong computer knowledge is a plus!
