Entry-Level Engagement Specialist (Remote)
The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large technology market research firm in the Irving, TX area. They have an immediate need for a Remote Research Engagement Specialist to join their team. Entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. Summary: Research Engagement Services (RES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects and vendors to coordinate requests with Research & Advisory Experts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive. In the role of RES Specialist, you will act as a liaison between internal and external Clients and the Expert community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems. Work Schedule: Fully remote but employees must live locally (within 30 miles) Hours: can work either a 9am-6pm EST (8am-5pm CST) or 10am-7pm EST (9am-6pm CST) Interview Process: 1 video interview. Will ship equipment to work fully remote. Job Duties: -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews. -Serve as primary day-to-day contact for member and prospective companies for research projects. -Ensure that CRM database (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes regarding research interview requests. -Provide research support on a variety of projects. -Maintain project dashboards to provide clear and accurate visibility into project ownership, progress and next steps. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree required. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required. -Experience using Salesforce is a plus. -Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required. -Must live locally. -Attention to detail. -Strong verbal/written communication skills. -Excellent time management skills.
