As a Data Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in enabling our People Systems Team to deliver data-driven insights and analytics solutions to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of analytical and reporting tasks that support our People Systems operations. Your daily activities will include:


Data Request Management: Intake file requests and thoroughly understand specific reporting requirements, including date ranges, data fields, and the end user's intended purpose for the analysis.
Data Interpretation and Reconciliation: Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies with precision and accuracy to deliver the most reliable reporting statistics possible.
Custom Report Development: Create custom data evaluations and reports for use by human resources teams and various departments across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with reporting customers to refine evaluations and ensure deliverables meet their evolving needs.
System Implementation Support: Consult with stakeholders involved to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or processes.
Data Integrity Assurance: Maintain data integrity by efficiently interpreting variances and outliers and presenting findings to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
Compliance and Privacy: Ensure proper data protection and privacy guidelines, roles, and policies are applied throughout all reporting activities.
Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated troubles through thorough research and analysis of discrepancies.
Process Automation: Blend and automate data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Continuous Improvement: May perform additional duties as directed by leadership to support team objectives and organizational goals.

Education and Experience Requirements

Education

Required: High School Diploma or GED


Experience
This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates who are just starting their professional journey. We are looking for individuals who are developing talents and knowledge in relevant data, analytical, and problem-solving roles. While prior professional experience is not required, coursework or personal projects involving data analysis, spreadsheet management, or report generation will be viewed favorably.
