Responsibilities:
Ā Accurately input employee data into company HR systems, including personal information, benefits, and payroll information
Ā Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Ā Perform data entry tasks for new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes
Ā Communicate with HR team to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors
Ā Enter and update information in a timely and efficient manner
Ā Generate reports as needed for HR team
Ā Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday
Ā Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Ā Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ā Strong organizational and time management skills
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ā Previous experience in data entry or HR is a plus
